Day 2 of 7 AIs I use as a PM:
Notion AI.
PM work creates a lot of chaos.
Meeting notes.
User research.
Sprint plans.
PRDs.
Random Slack decisions.
Launch docs.
Half-written ideas you swear you’ll clean up later.
You won’t.
That’s where Notion AI helps.
Not because it magically makes you organized.
But because it lowers the cost of turning messy information into something usable.
I use it to:
Summarize long notes.
Extract action items.
Turn brainstorms into structured docs.
Clean up product specs.
Create first drafts of internal updates.
Find patterns across messy research.
The biggest unlock is speed to clarity.
A PM’s job is not just to have good ideas.
It’s to make the team understand what matters.
Notion AI helps with that.
But there’s a catch.
If your source material is vague, your output will be vague.
AI won’t create clarity you never had.
It will only reveal whether your thinking was clear in the first place.
That’s why I like it.
It forces structure.
And in product, structure is underrated.
A good doc doesn’t just explain a decision.
It creates alignment.
